Where did the year go?

I know its been a while... Addison turns 1 on Wednesday!!! I am so emotional and all I think about is her going to Kindergarten... I know I am crazy! She is so amazing and is changing every day! Today she got a wagon and loves it! Last year at this time we were getting ready to go to the hospital... its crazy to think back to before Addie. I guess it is true what they say time flyes when you are having fun!

Perfect little Tuesday

Today was a perfect day! Addison had her 9 month check up... she is 18 lbs... 28 inches long. She is getting so big it is sad but exciting. I also got to get a pedi with my mom! We had a great time and even got the same color nail polish. I also learned something today... Addison's Great Great Grandma graduated from college with a teaching degree... Her Great Grandma has a teaching degree, Her Grandma has a Masters in Social Work and works with kids all the time... Her aunt Jen Jen has a teaching degree and so does her Mom. So crazy to think that all of us work in the education system. It is a great profession! I love my job and the kids I get to work with everyday... well almost every day! It makes me proud of my mom that she has a masters and got it after we all went to college. When I got home I got to play with Addie! She loves our two chocolate labs... they love her too especially when she eats cheerios! She was watching them out the window today and this is what she learned...

Well we had a Great but Crazy trip! We left in the middle of the night so addison would sleep in the car. We had two flat tires on the way so needless to say addison did not sleep the whole way to Port Aransas. We made it and had a great time! The guys all went deep sea fishing, we hung by the pool and at the beach all week. We left a couple days early to visit my sister and Mikie. They just bought a beautiful house! It was such a great trip and now back to work...

Well it happened... first day with the bitters and Addison got bit on the arm! She is okay but I heard the little girl that bit her is the daughter of a NFL player. Sunday we got to go to GOM GOMs house (my dad) and go swimming. He gave her some lemonade and she loved it!! Jack thinks it is a good idea to trick Addie into a box... not sure how I feel about this idea yet.

Day 1

I know it has been forever since I posted... so long I had to start a new blog. Addison has gotten so BIG she is almost 9 months old and is amazing!!! Jack is going back to school for nursing and I am working at Addie's daycare for the summer. Things are crazy but I am GOING to post!! Addison moves up to the next class tomorrow "the bitters" I am nervous but excited! Here are some pictures from the last 9 months...
